Born as a runt to a chocobo hunting tribe housed within the heart of the Dravanian forests, Tomo'ka had been dealt the unfortunate card of unexplained weakness and frailty. But throughout a chain of choices leading her south from Dravania to The Black Shroud with her companion Bernard, she began a new life with a budding sense of strength she never had before.

Whittling on the road turned into a carpentry apprenticeship, granting her a livelihood the Miqo’te never thought she would have had. Nowadays, Tomo makes her living traveling from city to city, working off of commission making repairs to prized pieces and coveted heirlooms alike.
